Where to start! This is the first time in my life to write a google review. Their customer service deserve no star if possible. My mistake was not reading the reviews before I made the deal. If I knew this is what I get I won’t buy from them as they’re not the only one in the market. It took them 5 months for a closet only. I visited the store a million time and waited several time and I kept asking after the period was almost done and basically I was about to file a complain before they responded. I just can’t express enough my frustration. This is the worse deal I ever made. I gave them the excuse because of the quarantine but even after I had to contact them to get things done. I would only recommend them to my enemies as probably they’re gonna be sick and end up with high blood pressure. Save ur energy and go to another store. Their wood quality is excellent but, it doesn’t worth a penny for their post sale customer service dilemma.

Delegate Ali dealt classy By God, they are corrected by my delay in installation and their excuses with the Corona pandemic, but their work frankly whitens the face and I forgive them for the delay, although I kindly ask the administration to lower their appointments and their prices are somewhat reasonable compared to others
