Caution is required. They treat you as prey. If the furniture is installed, forget the warranty. Unless you be begging them. In addition, if you notice a break with the structure, they deny you and say you fell ?! Hey group, are you a gang ?! Why is such a denial of the client ?! I had to notify the Ministry of Commerce due to a breach of the guarantee obligation. Currently, we are waiting for their intervention. I regretted dealing with them.

I took a bedroom from them two years ago and the guarantee is five years. I have a month trying to communicate with them. No one wants to, so they can maintain the room, and WhatsApp can see the messages, but nobody responds. According to my personal experience with them: The service and quality are very good. Bad after-sales service.
