Very elegant Animal care hospital Dr Moustafa one of the best vet in Jeddah very professional humble and caring for your pet the staff are friendly the only problem they don’t answer the phone always Over all I highly recommend it
Dr. Thamer is an amazing veterinarian with a kind heart and a real concern for your pet...and is a driving force of the clinic...treated my cats many times and we were always very satisfied with his knowledge and treatment....
I called a while a go for an emergency for my dog i told the lady that i need appointment check up for my dog tomorrow as he had a seizure and needs to be check up as to whats wrong with my dog. But the lady told me that she cannot book my dog for appointment as they are fully booked! For God’s sake! Its an emergency case and she refused to accept my dog for check up! She is the same lady that has a rude attitude when we get there before! She don’t have the concept of customer service! And not pleasing to talk with! Very disappointing her being there with lack of pleasing attitude!
IAC is a nice facility, and we have experienced a variety of services for cats. They also sell special food for dietary needs, and there is a pet store and boarding. Thank you, IAC, for caring for our beloved cats.
