I greet all. Unlike other people, I didn't provide what I needed here. I wanted to resign from the UGS, even though I still had two days until the end of the legal deadline, she told me that it would not be possible for them to get from them from Ružinov to the headquarters near the stone square. If you have a problem caused by an AXA client / insured person, you are almost alone. At present, it is increasingly important to have your own legal protection insurance against the brutal machinations of modern insurance companies. No support, as little information as possible, only disadvantages and the least communication. So: You never have a problem with AXA Slovakia insurance without a lawyer, for example. Otherwise, even if they are right, they have a disadvantage and are financially damaged and / or silenced for months up to 30%. So do what TV advertising promises: You go to AXA, don't forget your lawyer. To be continued ... Attention, protect yourself in time from a possible AVUS service. As internally (for example, currently in Vienna by a Mag. Employee) made clear by phone, he works at AVUS, of course, only in the sense of the polluter-insurance. So clearly only in representation and in the sense of the perpetrator / accident causer (note who pays, uhhh determined) and not, how to think morally correct and is also suggested by AVUS in their own advertising, the actually injured. The injured party can then probably do some last-minute job and better shut up. Followed by the possibly largest possible losses that such an assistance company can bring. Here probably only helps the classic saying from the TV and advertising: If you have to go to an Avus Worldwide Claims Service, do not forget to bring your own lawyer. Sequel follows ... 5 month later. The AVUS-AXA axis (Wien-Bratislava) works perfidiously and simply deliberately claims untruths when it comes to correctly defining a foreign event of damage. The company simply defines the minimum possible amount and even changes the specified type designation of a vehicle to reduce the compensation amount by 25%. Intent or just craziness?
