I think being there is ideal to relax, go for a run or walk. Pleasant climate, surveillance, clubhouse, country atmosphere in a semi-city. Too bad it takes almost 25 min to get there. That complicates everything ... but if the intention is to go out little, it is ideal! Large grounds. To withdraw from the city.
