Today I had to go buy some spare parts and the attention is the worst, it is a pity that they take advantage of their monopoly of the Toyota brand

This day I made a claim for failures in a battery that I bought on 11/2/2019 and when I made the review, I recommended the change of the battery. My claim is that I was prorated for the days of use based on the current price and not based on the price that I bought it in 2019, despite the fact that the extended warranty sheet says that it must be based on the price that was purchased . In conclusion I had to buy another battery at a price as if it were the first purchase.

I like how they work very friendly and responsible staff, the only thing is that if repairs are expensive.
