It is the worst in customer service, with highly unpleasant staff, mainly the one who was on the morning shift this day delivering the birth certificates. It really is disappointing

Bad attention to the taxpayer

I am not used to using social networks to express opinions. However; It is appropriate to express my negative admiration for the lack of respect, courtesy and attention to the public demonstrated this day by employees of that Mayor's Office. I even left a letter addressed to the Council at lunchtime and I had the fortune to learn that unfortunately no one is empowered to receive correspondence at lunchtime from municipal officials. One hour wasted !! Totally reprehensible.
