The truth is I do not recommend anyone to do business with agencies way a microwave was ruined within the warranty time they made me wait between 40 to 45 days for a refund of the money because I did not have spare parts for the microwave the seller Mr. Kevin Zelaya, nothing professional made me go to the agency twice, I know it is not his fault, but at least they try to give concrete information!
