When I was there I bought three different types of cheese, of the three, the one that I liked the most was the capita cheese with loroco, that became my favorite, so I highly recommend it.

The El Carmen Dairy Products are made by hand, and they have different presentations and types of cheese, cheeses with parrot, capita cheeses, they really conquered their flavor and creams that really taste like cream, but what I most recommend is the Quesillo for pupusas!
