Casa de Mar Bosque de Mangle

Not a good experience at this place! A lot of mosquito bites! The water of the pool looked very dirty! Even though the pool is very small, I didn't see anybody that cleaned it while we stayed there!. If you worry about the security of your family, please think about it before staying at this place. Customer service is the first impression for me! I am not happy on the way the representative named Jose Roberto treated us, VERY POOR AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE NEEDS TO IMPROVE HIS APPROACH WITH THE CUSTOMER! He is very unprofessional and rude! After knowing our dissatisfaction, he never offered an apology or even replied our emails. The place is beautiful, very close to the beach, the local people are friendly but the customer experience is bad. A friend of my family recommended us to stay at this place but after knowing the treatment that we received from the Representative named Jose Roberto, I don’t think my family, friends will visit this place again. If you go to El Espino for your vacation please considers visiting this please, you can find really nice places or hotels in the area where to stay and relax.
