Awesome place to live just current admiration from Full Sevice company is taking away the community value as they don't follow rules

The best place to live at Santo Tomas, the only thing is the houses are so expensive. But it's good at all.

Houses are decently sized, not the biggest, but fair for the money specially if compared to smaller metropolitan old houses. Although is outside metropolitan San Salvador, it has a good location given its accesible roads (Carretera a Comalapa and Antigua Calle a Zacatecoluca. It is a quiet gated community, with electrified perimeter, badge-controlled access, very safe; has a lot of common outdoor areas (parks), the housing complex It is also ruled by a notarized cohabitanional agreement that prevents owners from doing things people might complain about in other neighborhoods (painting with silly colors, tacky facade modifications, running small businesses on the curb, and so on...). This puts the complex at least one notch above other Grupo Roble projects, like Las Arboledas in Lourdes. The only oppotunity to work on is on the local outsourced complex administrator, a company called FullServices, they kinda suck but the neighbors are pushing so they step up their game soon, or they'll be gone/replaced in no time.
