I have three lines with them. Two lines get paid automatically and the third does not get paid automatically despite three trips back to this office to set it up. The incompetence is overflowing. A fake email account was invented at put on my account so that the evaluation of service could be filled out by the employee in stead of me. Clearly new leadership is needed in this branch.
