Perhaps it is a very good veterinary clinic for dogs and cats; not so for other types of animals, what they call themselves "exotic." I had a very bad experience a while ago. I took my pet, an exotic, (which has nothing exotic, it is extremely common, but they call them that) and at all times the Dr. gave me the impression that she was rather guessing. It made me spend a fortune and it was useless at all, because sadly and unfortunately my pet died and did not even manage to finish the pseudo-treatments that were left in the clinic. I could do a more extensive and, thoroughly, more specific analysis. But the truth is that I don't think it's worth it. I do not think it is a bad place, nor do I say that the attention is bad. The question here is a rather general problem in our country. Veterinarians specialize in dogs and cats, but they have little or no experience of other animals. I have been through similar cases previously, with other veterinarians in different clinics; However, even so I am particularly outraged by this case because, as I already mentioned, Dr. from the first moment it was obvious that she did not know what to do or how to diagnose the little animal that I brought her and not precisely due to lack of experience as a veterinarian. He prescribed drugs, vitamins and treatments at very high prices, only so that in the end, the tests revealed that the little animal did not need anything that he prescribed. I have to say that I would not have bothered to make the expense, as long as my pet had been revived, but it was quite the opposite because soon after he died, I would dare to say, that due to the harshness of the treatment itself, more than for the same condition per se. Although that is already a personal appreciation, the truth is that there was no empathy on the part of Dr. when I informed her that the animal had died. Come on, he practically didn't care! It seems that they charge you simply for taking the animal and not for curing it or making its ailments a little more bearable. Respect for the place I have nothing more to say, it is an ordinary veterinary clinic. For what there is, the prices are balanced, but the drug is too expensive. I suppose, or rather I want to believe, that both medical / professional treatment, as well as the human touch towards animals is the correct one when it comes to dogs or cats. For other species of animals I do not recommend this clinic. I insist, I do not recommend it. The place is small, the location is not the best, it is difficult to get there, it is somewhat lost and, unless it is Sunday, the traffic in the area is horrible, terrible. There is no parking, you as a customer have to leave your vehicle on the side of the street and, if that were not enough, it seems to me that the place is full all the time. There is a garage in front, so you will find endless lines of parked vehicles and, right next to it, a "carwash" which makes parking in the area even more difficult. I don't have much more to add, attention is fine. The Dr. is kind, but not empathetic. If you can, please find another clinic to treat the animals that we love and love as part of our family.
