Waterfall in El Salvador. On the date I visited the waterfall the currents were too strong and we could not cliff jump but we swam under the waterfall and it was wonderful. The hike is very doable unless it rained before than trail becomes very slippery.

Beautiful place for hiking, we contacted a guide that was recommended to us at "El Tunco". It is like 30 minutes, the cascades are closer one to the other. Try to go there early.

Truly unforgettable. Our guide Roberto Castro was a true mensch and did a fantastic job guiding us to the waterfalls. The paths are unmarked so I would recommend a guide as it would be easy to get lost. Ask for Roberto at the park in the center of town and he will take good care of you.

Great for those who love extreme hikes. Do not believe for a moment that because it is very popular anyone can make it, but is sure is worth the struggle, so be ready for the greatest of adventures. There are also some great views along the way.
