Apparently the Head of Service and a guy from the desks (to be specific today who received the number M554, around 4:20 pm) do not need customers, because they did not want to serve an elderly person, just because She did not listen well and was accompanied by her daughter to be able to direct her when she did not listen, they called the lady as a PERSON NOT SUITABLE TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER ... these 2 people are negligent people who do not know how to do their job well and are only there occupying a place, a place that surely someone with better capacity and ability to do the job is waiting out there.
