El Salvatours

After receiving a recommendation from our hostel in Santa Ana, we made our way to the lovely town of Ataco and found El Salvatours who offer a jungle hike/waterfall jungle (all jumps are optional) adventure and believe me...this is an adventure. The trek is not on the tourist trail, we did not see anyone else the whole day, just the 5 of us. The waterfalls were amazing and the hiking is completely natural, unlike the man made trails in other national parks. Both guides (William and William!) Were really fun and we felt really safe. 3 meals are also included and all are delicious so you will not have to spend anything else in the day so really great value for money! Excellent tour, excellent guides and and 3 very happy people!

I was honestly kinda hesitant to go on this tour as I'm not the best with heights, but oh boy am I glad I went! The nature you see is absolutely beautiful, and if you don't wanna jump some of the waterfalls it's no problem in any way. Both Williams make you feel safe throughout the whole day while having a blast at the same time. Also you literally get three full (DELICIOUS) meals included in the price?!! Once again many thanks to William 1 & 2 for everything!

This is a perfect day to spend in a beautiful untouched part of El Salvador. The two Williams really took care of us, made sure we were well fed and well photographed and safe!! And of course that we had fun jumping off of waterfalls and sliding down natural waterslides. The landscape is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Food was healthy and delicious. Great company. Highly recommended!

What an amazing and unique experience this was in a part of the country that so few people get to visit. The surroundings are beautiful with green jungle and tons of waterfalls. There are also several opportunities to get your adrenaline fix by cliff jumping up to 12 meters and sliding down natural waterslides, but no pressure to do the jumps and there are ways to hike/repel instead of jumping. The guides are knowledgeable and the food is amazing (3 meals during the tour). There are parts of the tour that are quite physical so I would recommend to be in at least decent shape and bring your sense of adventure for a tour you'll never forget. This experience was another reminder of why I love El Salvador so much!

Had an amazing day exploring through untouched jungle in search of waterfalls. The guides really educate you on the area with their years of experience. You get to master the art of making pupusas too! A really exciting day trip. A must do for anyone in El Salvador!
