Terrible service and unprofessional, if they still decide to work with ups, I recommend having evidence of everything that has been discussed since when they have an opportunity they will fail to fulfill deals and their lack of commitment will shine through excellence, not only did they give me bad service, I also had to pay additional money. that it was going to be refunded to me simply WAS NOT PAID BY UPS.
