FedEx - GUTICIA DE EL SALVADOR

The people that work here are very consistent, every time I dealt with them they treated me like I was scum of the earth. They held my package at the airport for a month, I managed to get the package out of customs one day before it was suppose to go to an auction. Customs ended up charging me $50 for abandoning the item, which I spent a month fighting with FedEx to get it delivered. If you really love getting treated like s*#t, this is definitely the first place I would recommend. Avoid at all cost, definitely not worth the stress. Not only did they constantly charge us extra to deliver, they kept blaming customs for it not be released, in the end the person that was suppose to get the package had to drive an hour to the airport to receive the package when I had paid for door delivery.

I have complaint about your service I am FedEx customer but today how i can trust on your service because my parcel still not in my hand and my parcel by mistake in san Salvador but I am i am in brazil Salvador and they doesn't solve my issue till now since March. If anyone have this solution so please help me

I called to find out about their fees, and they're the ones offering the lowest rates in private shipping companies. Very well organized, and their phone support works like a charm.

They have the poorest customer care over the phone, they usually hung up (probably they don't even know how a telephone works), put you on hold forever, or the phone rings with no answer (they keep figuring how the hell a phone works). They really try less than the minimum to deliver the packages and their excuses are "the address was incomplete" or "we were given the wrong address"... yeah sure! Pizza Hut delivery service never had problems finding that "wrong" address that FedEx cannot locate (Yes, Pizza Hut delivery is a million times more reliable than FedEx El Salvador) I wish there was an option to give zero stars, actually minus 5 stars would be your well deserved rating and more accurate for your crappy service. You suck!

I shipped a Laptop to El Salvador it was held at the Airport for almost a month, even though I did all the necessary steps, provided proof of purchase, a receipt, paid 140USD to get it there in 5 days, and it took a month for the person to receive it.
