My score would be zero, they have very poor care, an outdated system. On 11/16/2020, visit your branch, which is on Libertad Street (formerly Scotiabank) from 12:00 PM to 3:45 PM (about 4 hours) As it is possible that they keep their clients for hours, just to be able to enter and not even tell the time in hours inside it, both outside and inside they waste time to one; they are supposed to safeguard the integrity of their clients but it The only thing they do is expose them to the covid. They will not be able to say that it is due to the current situation, because as in a long time ago (before the pandemic) I visited their branch of Independence Avenue; my experience was the same, terrible attention since they make you waste time for hours ... Terrible logistics, attention, terrible system. Please improve. They are supposed to be one of the best banking entities in El Salvador -with that attention, logistics and system- They have a long way to go to be classified as "best"
