For the view I would give it 5 stars. But unfortunately the experience was not the best customer service. A place like this in which El Salvador in known for Lago de Coatepeque you would expect it to be over the top. My family and I waited about 4 hours and 45 minutes for our food to be brought out. Initially they had told us it was a 2 hour wait, and we didn't mind at all we understood. Later on, those 2 hours have gone by so we went to go ask, they kept lying saying in the next 15 minutes. Then they brought out our orders in 2 parts waiting an additional 10 minutes. Turns out that despite the breaded fish looking good, turned out to be super raw! In which the staff weren't even atleast sorry for. The best way for you to enjoy the pools, the lake and the most beautiful view that defines El Salvador I recommend those who plan on going to bring their own food (perhaps fast food) or bring wood to make food because they to have grills for public use.
Accesible prices and good amenities
This place is great. I can say is better than Cancun. Not too many tourist. For those who think This small country got nothing to offer, you couldn't be more wrong. Gracias a todos. La comida es lo mejor de Latinoamerica.
