In the Ministry of the Interior, all the procedures are very bureaucratic. Although the staff that attends the public is friendly and does the corresponding work, all the procedures are delayed. I had experience of requesting some documents in the Registry of Non-Profit Foundations and Associations and the situation is similar: everything takes days to be able to give a resolution. I hope they can install, in the future, computer services that benefit the user public.

Government institution in which are grouped the prophecies of civil protection, Fire, Post Office of El Salvador, National Printing, Public Spectacles, National Directorate of ING among others, which are at the service of the Salvadoran population. It has an office in each department at the National level to facilitate any process that has to do with said ministry
