The rooms have two comfortable beds, a ceiling fan, cable TV, and a toilet. The toilet is not that private as the wall doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and the door is a shower curtain. If you don't mind this, this place is great. There is a nice common area full of plants. Free drinking water. A kitchen. The owner is super friendly. WiFi works fine.

Great location and wonderful balcony to hang out. Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are separated by a shower curtain, cold water only. Some people reported bugs in their room. Staff is friendly but cannot provide very much information on things to do, buses to take etc. Overall ok value for money.

It's less than a minute to the Central Park. There is no hot shower but you don't really need it. Price is affordable and there is drinking water for free. You can either ask for laundry or wash by yourself. Machine wash is $3 but not per person. I asked with 2 more people but the cost was the same. $3 in total.
