This place was awesome! Very comfortable, welcoming feeling, like you're staying at a relative's house. The rooms were very spacious. I thought I was going to have to share a bed, but the room was for 3 and there was plenty of walking room in a room with 3 full sized beds. A/C worked great, and restrooms were very clean. The staff were all very friendly. It is also located in a very safe side of town. With access to lots of really good and new restaurants, and of course some traditional restaurants.

This is an amazing yet affordable place to stay that is close to a lot of points of interest restaurants malls and more. They have great customer service and is located on a very safe area.

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable beds, cute modern decor, but no handicap accessibility & dangerous unmarked step in room, where i got hurt. Blanca, who works in the kitchen, was so helpful & assisted with first aid kit and treated my injuries from fall. Aside from that, good breakfast downstairs. ♡

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Citlalli from August 13th to August 19, 2019. The facility is one year old. It's located in a mostly residential area although some of the houses have been converted to businesses. It's away from the main boulevards so it's very quite although, at the same time, it's centrally located with ready access to stores and restaurants, many within walking distance. We stayed in the Suite which has a king-size bed. The room is spacious, we found it very comfortable. The bathroom is very large, two people can move around easily at the same time. Everything is kept very clean, the employees being well trained. The staff are exceptionally helpful, ready to fulfill any request you might have. Breakfast was included in our package. We particularly liked the "Plato Típico". It proved to be a good solid breakfast for us. We enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely return in the future, and we recommend Hotel Citlalli to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet hotel, with good solid customer service.
