Novo Apart-Hotel

Clean, secure, comfortable, with a sweet pool/outdoor lounge area, and great Salvadoran breakfast. Stayed here for the better part of a week (spring 2020: pre-pandemic) with a seminary travel group, and I would make this my go-to hotel for future trips to SS. A nice bonus: the birdwatching on site is pretty good, with about 20 species spotted, including a Lesson's Motmot!

There is room for improvement but the place was ok. Would I go again yes but I would look at ABNB also.

It's one of the most eco-friendly hotels. For many years I've had the pleasure of staying here and I never stop liking it. The personnel is extremely welcoming and always at your service for what ever you need. They also have one of the most comfortable beds, pillows, strong towels, etc... My daughter loves the fact that there is a stove, a microwave and a fridge that makes your staying a little bit less expensive. For the ones that leave their cars overnight, there is always a person watching over them. I think he is still called a "Sereno". Many times the hotel offers a typical breakfast with different options and if you still don't like those options, they will try to please you with something else. Absolutely, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location in the city is perfect. Close to restaurants like subway and pizza hut for the north Americaners. Has an excellent restaurant at the hotel as well. Not a far walk to the artisans market or metrocenter mall. Super quiet especially for being in the city. Great sleeps at night from no noise. It is also in a very safe part of the city, never once have we felt unsafe. The breakfast is awesome as well, great mix of food in the a.m.
