Bad service. Packages without tracking number arrive at sta Tecla's office and spend more than 45 days, and they do not notify you (by placing a telephone number) or leave a printed notice. The package with the entry stamp was brought to that branch 2 months ago. (even when I had asked in previous weeks) They get upset and angry if you call by phone asking for packages without a tracking number, (when the postmen have told me to call so they can ask for my name and do the search in the system). if you go personally, they always come out pedantic. It costs them to answer the phone. Years go by. Different "headquarters" and the service at this branch never gets better.

Bad service. In follow-up they mark that they attempted delivery, but did not arrive and there is no notification on the site In offices they pass empty, without even another person they take up to 1 hour to deliver a package

Slow, messy and inefficient service. There is no parking.
