Make the purchase of materials on a Saturday and really the work they do at the time of delivery is regrettable. The place of delivery was in the same municipality where the hardware store operates and they sent me a part on Monday as we had agreed, but the complement until Thursday afternoon. They refuse to make money refunds to be able to buy the products in another hardware store and have no word when making the delivery. It really was a bad shopping experience!
