Avoid working with this company. They are tricky and slow. If you are careless you will end up paying fines and extra charges.

These gentlemen are the worst that can be to carry out this type of work, they hang up the calls, they do not answer, all bitter, they charge bills for more than $ 500 and then they do not want to answer the calls, please look for other options

I will never work with OCEANICA again, they leave much to be desired. They do not answer the emails, they leave with one thing and after 20 minutes they say another, they invent additional charges, they take time to do the paperwork and the people who work there have terrible customer service that they believe is the last Coca Cola in the desert. They forget that they work for the client for the client.

NEVER hire Oceanica and ask your provider well. My cargo had to come through a port and I was sent to another port in other countries. They then made me pay export charges from Costa Rica to El Salvador and ground transportation. Mirna is a person who does not try to help and with an attitude of "no matter what happens" We have waited 3 weeks for the merchandise to come here. Really pity service
