I went with my boyfriend to one of their branches, and the advertising is misleading, the "offers", because according to one you can choose any style that you think is convenient and it is not like that, they give you a small group of shoes with that offer and they are the more ugly, I even encouraged myself to buy some outside of that offer, they were offering me shoes for $ 72, and I'm not kidding, the quality of all the shoes is bad, they are very stiff, it is as if you wet a shoe and left it for 10 days in the sun, seriously stiff, and there is no "great variety" of footwear, and on the page I noticed that there were some shoes that "entered" in the offer and they even tell you in the comments and at the moment they tell you not in the store, seriously do not recommend it was a waste of time.

Kamar store: a scam! Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Tldr: please don't bother going to this store which is not worth it at all, not only are the shoes not of good quality but the staff is also disgustingly rude and disinterested. Details of my experience: I wanted to buy my brother a pair of boots for his birthday (at a total of $ 75.00), I explicitly asked for information on exchanges / returns and they told me that they would help me if my brother did not fit the size that him I bought (a 10). On her birthday, she tried them on and they were very small, so we returned the next day (two days after making the purchase) and the lady asked me for my phone number to call me when they had the change because currently in the store there is no they had and the other branches did not answer them. Weeks went by and they never called me. I returned on my own (without the ticket because I came straight from work) and the "boss" told me that 1. She did not remember me or the promises she made to me, 2. That the young lady who attended me -to that she gave him authorization to keep my boots and to call me when they had the size I needed in the store - they had fired her and that she did not respond for what the other woman did and 3. That without the invoice she was not going to help me ( understandable) and called me a liar about the fact that my boots were left at their branch and it's not what they usually do. I returned with the invoice and in short the "boss" hates her job and took it out on me. She called herself "one more cat", she told me that "she did not care if I made a claim, a complaint, a message or whatever she wanted" and she gave me her boss's number so I could talk to her boss, why not he answered him in the three times he tried. When I mentioned the consumer protection law he said "those things do not apply in this store." The "boss" didn't even know what shoes I had bought for her with the invoice in hand, she asked me what color it was and what size and style. When he finally came back with the shoes we had left for him, some were not even the size we had left and they had already sold the shoes I bought.

I bought two pairs of shoes at their branch and they were too tough. They hurt the back of my foot and made me bleed just above the heel. I wrote to tell them that they sell poor quality shoes and they just let me see it. Now I have two pairs of shoes stained with blood that I cannot wear or give away. It has been my worst investment, do not buy shoes there, better buy in a place that will be a little more expensive but you can use them
