One of the worst fast food restaurants I visited was this one Wendy's at Zona Rosa. I love Wendy's but management here is very poor on customer satisfaction! 3 times I've been here and every single time the place is not properly clean, the restrooms are awful, the soda fountain doesn't have all flavors and the actual sodas taste funky, food is cold and the service overall is just not right. Very bad image for Wendy's.
