This area of La Libertad is usually very hot, but Palo Alto is located on high hills which gives it a little more fresh air than the surrounding areas. The residential amenities are good as well and it is a very safe place to live in.

It is in a residential very different from the others because the houses are not attached to the neighbor as normally happens. The houses are almost entirely separated from each other so this is an extra plus compared to other residential of the same type.
