This place has the cheapest private room in the area, but unfortunately it shows. Bugs, cold shower, hard mattress. But for 1 night it was fine to be honest. Breakfast included which was nice.

Super nice guy runs this pool/hotel. He provides cold clean water to drink, fresh fruit, coffee and tea in the morning. Room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Only drawback is the five-ten minute walk to the beach and bars.

Nice hotel to stay, people there are helpful and the whole area is safe.

Excellent location and value: away from the noise of El Tunco but EASILY walkable for when you're in the mood. Nice grounds and great service!
