I want to publicly denounce the failure to pay the Disability Insurance on the part of Insurance Company Vivir, of which I am being a victim. It is the case that in November 2019 I was declared disabled by the qualifying commission, due to said disability, I was faced with the hard and difficult decision of having to resign from the Government Institution, where I had been providing my services for 25 years. Supreme Court of Justice. For not being able to continue working, due to the impairment of my functions. In the aforementioned Institution I enjoyed the benefit of life insurance, with the modality of Insurance for total and permanent Disability, for which reason it was expressed to me, I could choose this modality, as long as I WILL RESIGN the Supreme Court, so that said insurance could supply effect. The agreed form of payment was 50 percent in a single disbursement and the other 50 percent in monthly installments, which said insurer has been effectively complying, however, having submitted to me in August to withdraw the corresponding payment, I was told that They will no longer pay me that insurance because I no longer belong to the Supreme Court of Justice. Which is the most illogical and incoherent justification that can be expressed to me, since as at the beginning I stated one of the requirements to grant me insurance was that my resignation from the Supreme Court of Justice became effective. So that in this way such invalidity was configured. For this reason, I have come to publicly denounce Vivir Insurance through social media, as well as I will soon do so before the Superintendence of the Financial System, so that they are sanctioned and declared as a Company that does not comply with the benefits agreed upon by offering an insurance policy. .

Bad customer service, many times they do not even know what problem is when you call. These people are only attentive at the beginning when one leaves the ticket and the contract, after that in an emergency nobody answers, they do not cover all of pharmacies hospitals etc. MALISIMO, if you are looking for a personal or collective insurance this is definitely not the option. In the long run you end up losing more than you pay. By the way are also liars on their website say 24/7 service but in ALL those who request assistance none replied. I tell you, consider another insurance.

excellent policy they cover me 80% and I only pay 20% ..... it helps a lot
