I do not recommend this establishment. They have a terrible customer service, I could not take services that I had hired since October and they kept charging me all the fees. However, the establishment reimbursed me what I paid after reporting them to the consumer ombudsman.
Very bad customer service, they are messy with appointments, they do not have good control, and the service is terrible. Besides, they burned my leg in a waxing session, I told them and they didn't care they told me that the doctor would evaluate me even at the next appointment. I asked how many sessions I was missing and they did not want to give me the data, they kept me waiting and treated me very badly ... It is the worst experience I have had, to charge they are good, but to give you the service they treat you with the kick, as if they you were begging. Is seriously. I am outraged ... Don't waste your money on this farce of place !!!
I do not know how to describe the terrible attention that this place has, how it is possible that they do not train their customer service staff, the guards of this place are more educated than the people who attend. They leave much, much to be desired .. At least after they yell at the customers tell them to do well 🤣
