Prisma Moda is a department store located in Metrocentro that offers many promotions to customers. In its men's clothing department there are dress pants, pajamas, casual pants, sportswear, polo, dress and sport shirts. There are also departments for children, ladies, shoe stores, cosmetics, and household and electronic products.

In the queues to pay for purchases, they do not give priority to people with disabilities, or the elderly or pregnant women, it is urgent to implement the improvement in care and earn a better rating. From the ladies at the box, foul language has been heard towards customers who have already left. If there is order if there is hygiene in the facilities.
