If there is a government institution with the most lousy standards of quality in service and attention to remote clients, it is the RNPN. You can never make a consultation by phone or by any other means that is not in a personal way. As constructive criticism they should put capable and proven people in charge of the switch and other lines of communication.
Very bad service call from here from USA no they don't answer and when the call comes in calls and calls and then hangs up very bad and terrible customer service, that's why I gave them a star, improve the service, thank you.
