Question. They continue with the policy of charging commissions when one withdraws money from Western Union (12%) that they say is tied and "that money is going to be given for his birthday" please respond, if they continue this way better, no longer provide that service for that it is wrong that they do not give him the money that corresponds, the sender pays a percentage for the shipment, if the company WU does not pay them as you would like to leave that Business, but do not scam the people.
