Very modest service, yes, we can never say it enough! Indeed, I had the chance to change the engine oil at Renault Kairouan and at Renault Akouda and the difference is really big! in Akouda not only is the reception really pleasant, you can even attend the maintenance of your car, in Kairouan on the other hand you are forbidden to access the garage and as I insisted they had to accept and I swear that the technician almost mixed the coolant with tap water! So lack of professionalism and even one has the impression of being in an ordinary and worse mechanic who is groping!
