I entered Mahdia's shop and came across a heavy saleswoman with dead skin around her mouth. I asked him if the cake in the shop window was based on genoise. She did not seem to know what a sponge cake was after. I got it is a Swiss a German ignorant humor then "speak Arabic here if it's going to chirp out". His colleague took over. The first unhappy waitress allowed himself to whisper in a whisper ... So DO NOT DISCOVER THE QUALITY OF THE CAKE BUT FOR THE DEPLOYABLE SERVICE I will not go back
