I share this nice little moment. There was a time when time meant only the weather today, this warm weather destined me to taste the famous couscous à la chelba. But let it be good. A tiny seed couscous and a hand-sized but heartily good fish. I have been warned not to taste the head or find myself between two chairs west of the town where the haunted house of The Road to Ksar Hallal is located if I am not mistaken. Anyway, I tried, I tasted the head. Right after, no more memories. I had a memory of finding myself hanging in the bars of shutters in Jamel's Hahnoute, I laughed. I must have left with a half-melted ice cream cone. In short, what a memory. So let's talk about the restaurant. A wonderfully good taste, well spiced as it should be (beware of hemorrhoids). Fresh and delicious fish. I will come back thank you Dar El Hout. The fish house. I will share with my Belgian friends.
