I highly recommend this agency.
The staff are warm and professional.
For a 15-day rental, I had to change the car following a breakdown.
The second car was delivered to me the next day 500km from the agency. I was not charged for the lack of fuel.
Despite the inconvenience following the breakdown, the team was present to help me as quickly as possible.
I would renew my car rentals with them.
To mention that the cars are in good condition.
I rented three times in this agency, I never had a problem. Just a negative point for the cleanliness of the cars. The cars should be nickel every time and checked before each rental.

On the other hand, the guy who collects the cars from the Tunis agency is a real disaster, no sense of welcome, 4 months of rental super well spent with Hanane and his team I opted for the return to Tunis and there he ruined my trip.
I have had 2 good experiences with Europcar so far. Manager Hanen is very customer friendly and profy. For the 2 rentals, the car was in good condition.

Deplorable for a company well established with major French groups.
Hide known faults and bring them out in the return inventory as having been done by the driver in good faith but victim of the scam.
In my case the rocker panel !!!
And an amount equivalent to € 130 taken improperly !!!!
