Good location not far from Monastir international Airport, friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, nice outdoor and pool. The hotel need some maintenance and renovation but it's overall good. We paid 120dt for double room with breakfast and dinner. Food was okay, few choices at the buffet due to the small number of residents at it was the end of September.

I will begin by strengths. This hotel is situated in a beautiful and clean area. Animation staff are cheerful, dynamic so you won't feel bored. Food is acceptable, sweets are amazing. Kids are offered a wide range of activities. Let's move to the minuses now. My triple room is too small to a group of people, there is no wifi. I didn't find many Arab T.V channels. There is no flexible in the toilet. The restaurant is too noisy, you can hear spoons and plates crush, and the floor is not that clean (due to the heavy number of people) Anyway, I enjoyed being there and I had fun ...That was my aim in fact. Please for your own sanity. Do not book this hotel. Especially with Detur. They won’t even help you in an emergency situation. Filthy dirty, no toilet paper, keep running out of water, so little food that people are grabbing, pushing and fighting to eat. Staff are very rude (except the animation team - who are friendly and great with kids). Bar staff fight with the guests. It feels like a. Episode of survivor. Guests are bringing their own paper plates and cups to breakfast. Booked a room with 4 beds, only had 3. Lack of water. Lack of food. Lack of plates, cups. No snacks during the day. Hungry kids. No restaurants nearby. No towels unless you give them cash, local currency only. 40 minite wait for soft drinks in the evening. Restaurant so hot and staff refuse to open doors or put on air conditioning.
