Kindness is the key to the success of any store, except that your staff is lacking a lot. Faces as cheerful as a prison door. A very distant behavior towards certain customers. Unless of course you're a blogger with two balls or any other pseudo-celebrity. My bad adventures are multiplying with you and I fear that you are losing your customers because of the very uncompromising behavior of your advisers / salespersons.
The welcome by the vendeusese is always very cold, not attentive, not smiling, you don't even find the advice.
