Make sure to have emails detailing precisely the price of each night and the type of room, or you will experience very unpleasant moments at your arrival. We suffered intimidating negotiations to have us pay more than previously combined. We finally were accommodated in an apartment for our family (3 children and us), but we had to go through unfinished and stinking room (with a trap open on the gutter) to reach it, they never gave us the additional beds and sheets they promised for the children, we had to ask for the towels, the bathroom was not especially clean... all this for prices amazingly high for the city (80 euros/night, almost 300 DT). Additionally, they were extremely pushy to have us rent a car for a price (40 euros/day) at least 25 percent higher than the normal price. We felt we were dealing with professionals of deception. Avoid.
Quite good residence to stay at once coming at Tozeur last year.
So acceptable service and affordable price.

Excellent residence, spacious, clean room and generous breakfast.
The staff are attentive.
I recommend the family room with a view of the interior courtyard.
Rooms far too expensive for the comfort offered: rudimentary beds, no sheets for everyone, hardly hot water, moderately clean toilets and the owners' attempt to intimidate us when we arrived to make us pay more than agreed.
