Very horrible reservation policy. Extremely unprofessional and corrupted staff. Security personnel were very rude and disrespectful. They refused to get us in even though we managed to have a reservation and arrived earlier. they asked me for money to buy a stool at the bar. Waited for the manager to translate, he wasn't any better than the security guys themselves. I highly don't recommend this place and hope nobody goes through what me and my friends went through.
Unprofessional behaviors from the RP when he refused to let me access due to a reservation discrepancy. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Personal so poor in communication.
