Air conditioning are off!!
The airport is large and convenient. There are plenty of shops and cafes and duty-free shop. The staff is friendly and fast, so there were no queues. The drive to Hammamet city takes about 40 minutes.
Not very big but spacious. Polite staff at check-in and customs. There are a few shops at the departure area. You can spend your local dinars here. The prices of local products are acceptable, not much higher than in Hammamet. There isn't much variety of shops in the duty free area. The usual stuff. Maybe buying local alcohol and oils is the best bargain. Other products are more expensive than in European airports.
Enfidha–Hammamet International Airport is an airport in Enfidha. located about 40 kilometres southwest from the town of Hammamet. The airport is mostly used by European airlines bringing travellers to Tunisian holiday resorts.
Good airport, fast passport and security check. Almost impossible to reach the airport without taxi though, and even more difficult to get information about it. Everyone told me I could take a taxi from Enfidha (town) but once I arrived there they seemed to be non existing. Only just managed to catch my flight by taking the hourly bus.
