We came to spend the day we had to settle in a crowded place we refused to take this place but the server insisted because we were two couples we wanted a little privacy we stood up to the server and we ended up sitting in the place we wanted for 2 hours exactly no one came to take our order while we called the waiter several times but they ignored us when we started to get impatient and tell them what 'we think he made us understand that the server refused to serve us and that he also banned us from his colleagues we managed all the same to sympathize with one of the servers called Mohamed who told us served after 2 hours of waiting and each time the first server who greeted us passed by us he looked at us badly and ignored us!

Big rant, Zina Beach hammamet A lack of professionalism and crazy organization of the managers but also of the staff! So to start it is expected that it will be “On reservation” except on our arrival already nobody to welcome us after we are told that it is rather “first come, first served” so we are seated at a table after the beach attendant comes. tell us ah no sorry it's already reserved to whom we say that we ourselves have booked, we end up settling in another place, a few minutes later a server tells us it's not possible it's not your place I have people who arrive we refuse to get up so to take revenge the waiter refuses to serve us by serving only “his customers” Not to mention the pizza that you have to wait 4 hours before eating and the slowness of the service in general! Unless you have long arms or you are the friends of the managers this beach is to be avoided

NOT RECOMMENDABLE! A DISASTER! Beach and location are OK. Sevice is so bad. Actually there was no staff. You sat for 3 hours and you didn't even get the card. After placing the order, you waited another 2 hours for the pizzas. Ordered 4 pizzas, we felt the pizzas were received 3 hours apart. In summary: Service is just misérable. Definitely not recommended.
