Very bad experience, it is true that the context was particular because of the covid19 pandemic, but this does not justify the negligence and non-compliance of the service. As opportunistic leaders and managers, their only concern was material gain and how to get more from their clients.
Poor service without any notion of quality. They made me pay 300dt for two nights or 150dt per night. Here is a sample of the meals served during the short stay.
