1- Staff: very unwelcoming, grumpy and unprofessional. Our room wasn't cleaned for a day, we had a disagreement with the cleaning lady in the restaurant because "she hated cleaning"
2- The rooms are small, AC wasn't always working, they don't give you enough toilet paper, they don't put water in the rooms at all.
3- Food was the worst part! There wasn't that much of a variety, quality wasn't met too. We ate out most of the time.
++ The pool and the beach are very nice!
As soon as we walked in we were made very welcome, we got to are room which was very nice " the air conditioning was welcoming " . After good sleep made it to breakfast , great selection of food and drinks. As was dinner and evening meal times, plenty of relaxation by the pool and plenty of drinks to go with it. Entertainment was ok some good some very good. But best of all the hotel was four 🌟 = hotel 3- staff 1 = 4. They were a credit to the hotel, anything was not to much trouble.
Will go back again, " no problem ".

Here now. Lovely place. Could do with a tidy up all over. Food okay. Drinks okay it is what it is. Room are not the best. No coffee in room only black tea. Room service is only for coffee not great
The staff are the best thing about this hotel, welcoming, cant do enough for you and incredibly accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, with good facilities. The food is ok with a good selection, but sadly very samey if you are there for two weeks. The weather on the whole was fantastic with a couple of rainy days.
