Just exceptional!
Due to the COVID, there were fewer people in the hotel, so the place was quiet and calm. All of the staff (all of them, the receptionists, waiters, charladies, lifeguards etc.) is very friendly and helpful and just overall nice. In this hotel, the staff is not obstructive at all like in some other hotels. If you don’t want to participate in the aqua gym (for example), they will just say ok thank you have a nice day. They don’t pressure/force you at all!
The hotel and the pool is surrounded by a pretty garden. The rooms are always clean, pretty, no problem here. We had a room with a view of the garden but we could see the sea too. The overall design of the hotel is so nice, the reception is huge and in a nice Tunisian style.
The food is so good! Every person will choose from a huge variety of dishes and you will surely gain a few pounds. The meals are mainly European but for every course, there is also a Tunisian speciality with a variety of spices and sauces. If you get hungry during the day, you can eat at the bar near the pool.
During our stay, the sea was muddy and dirty because of the heavy rain, but we stayed mainly at the pool so that didn’t really bother us too much.
Not even 5 minutes of walk from the hotel, there is a small shopping centre Ali Baba.

Beautiful place, perfect food and kind people

Loved the place , Its really good for families. Good food with a lot of vegetarian and halal options. Enjoyed trip with family though February is a bit cold there to enjoy beech but they have heated inside pools for adults and for kids.
The hotel is overall very clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are newly refurbished and they have a modern feel. Garden is beautiful and well kept. The food has been very diverse and tasty. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again.
