Not at all!
The waiter was friendly but the menu (not paper-ish, rather told by the waiter) is not what you expect from a CAFÉ!
Also, there's some weird man who would ask you what you would like to have for a drink and then fades... Not for anything, he is just a weird man doing the same to all clients and the café doesn't seem to care... All you get is an apology from the waiter!
